Smooth, fast and luxurious. The giant wheels look good on the yacht-like body and I like the red accents on the logos. But without that R moniker on the grille, this would be a super sleeper. I've been a fan of the XJ since its redesign in 2009, before that not so much. This 5.0-liter V8 is fantastic. Acceleration is immediate as you touch the throttle, in five seconds you're flying past the speed limit and past any other traffic on the road.
